Authors Articulating with Jo-Anne and Larry is a hit. Hosting my own show on BTR was a snap. Everything went as planned. And I had a ball…:).

First, through my Sasktel phone utility, I placed a 3-way calling. I phoned Larry Brooks (my co-host) and then connected with BTR. Glancing down at my switchboard on my BTR home site, I could track the future show time, check and connect the guest callers, and correspond with the guest chatters.

Second, previous to our show, Larry and I created an agenda. Dividing the roles, we were able to handle our own topic of discussion; “The importance of building an author platform and why the marketing strategy must start now”, the guest callers, and the chat line.

I couldn’t have asked for a better LIVE show. Larry and I proved to be dynamic speakers—keeping the discussion sizzling with energy. The guest callers contributed valuable information to the topic, created further discussion, and had the opportunity to pitch themselves, their books or upcoming events.

Since the first show (yesterday), the feedback has been remarkable—the support incredible. Goodreads, Facebook, Emails…many followers have expressed their positive words of encouragement and shared in the excitement. I feel so ‘loved’.

The next BTR show, “Authors Articulating with Jo-Anne and Larry”, will go LIVE next Tuesday at 11:00am Saskatchewan Time Zone (just Google Saskatchewan Time Zone and check the time. Work out the time difference from your location). Our topic for next week’s show is: “Planning a Story”: Pantsers vs. Planners. Again, you’ll be entertained, listening to our dynamic presentation. For the second half of the show, YOU will have the opportunity to call-in and interact with us—introduce yourself.
