Here’s this week’s change of events:
Started and Completed a Non-Fiction Book - On Thursday, I zipped the completed manuscript, “Premium Promotional Tips for Writers” to my editor, Nancy Williams. Just after I pushed the send button, I checked my inbox to discover six chapters from “Conquer All Obstacles” edited and ready for my final approval.
Edited the First ½ of My Fiction Novel.
To date, almost ½ the novel, “Conquer All Obstacles” is past its final editing stage and ready for print. My new non-fiction, “Premium Promotional Tips for Writers” is complete and ready for its first stage of edits. Poor Nancy…she really has her hands full now.
Created a New Site - Due to a corrupt html code within my business, Premium Promotional Services site, a new template had to be uploaded and all the information from the existing site had to be converted over. Taking 3 days off from my clients, I finally completed the NEW site. Now Premium Promotional Services has taken on a FRESH look. Please check it out at: http://www.premiumpromotions.biz Comments are more than welcome.
Produced and Hosted A Live Radio Show - My worst fear became real…in less than 5 minutes, I was left to gather my thoughts and produce a LIVE radio show solo. Yikes!!!
A sudden change of topics for this week’s Blogtalkradio show lead me solo and talking about “Premium Promotional Tips for Writers”. Listen to the recording (not as bad as I thought…) at: http://bit.ly/vBSST
Sent Invitations - This week, I revamped my blogtalkradio show. The new show, “Authors Articulating with Jo-Anne Vandermeulen”, will now have a new featuring co-host each week. The format will remain the same—a ½ hour show, with the second half dedicated for guests to call in and contribute towards the discussion.
With over 1,000 listeners (and growing each week) it was not surprising that “Authors Articulating” did not take too long in order to fill the slots for co-hosts. I threw the invitation open, and within an hour, I had a co-host for each show right up until Christmas. Awesome…just awesome.
Here’s the list:
Sept. 15 – Frank Fiore
Oct. 6 - Sarah Bash-Gleason
Oct. 13 – Mark David Gerson
Oct. 20 – Deborah McCarragher
Nov. 24 – Claudia Suzanne
Dec. 1 - Nadia Sahari
Dec. 8 – Gale Laure
Dec. 15 – Tammy Price

Checking out Google Analytics for today, September 12, I see that the AMERICANS are in the lead! They have now passed the Canadians by 4 visitors. Looking at the other countries, India is now in 3rd place with United Kingdom and Turkey tied for 4th place.
Quite a variety of events…and so looking forward to my 4-days off starting Thursday. Time for my priorities to shift, and reserve attention toward my husband. Hopefully the weather pans-out for our golf trip.
